I didn’t know where to begin with my exercise journey. I wasn’t sure which exercises would benefit me. Taking the short quiz and then getting my ebook with out having to wait for long shipping times is really great and has made me feel more confident on my journey to fitness and a healthier life style. I would highly recommend if you are lost and don’t know where to begin to start with Perfect Body’s DNA

Great experience. Super helpful and educational as well as easy to read! I love the options for meals and the work out is kicking my butt!! Love it!

Easy to use, don't have to log your food, there are options to mix and match and choose from food you know you already like.

I ordered the product and then read the reviews (first mistake), I was filled with dread and after not receiving the E-book within the time they said it didn’t look good but I messaged the customer service team and got a quick response and my ebook.
I didn’t recieve any tracking or confirmation of the shipment but my book arrived a week or so later. It does have the BMI info I put in and seems to use the information I selected on the quiz.
A lot of people seem to have had bad experiences and I probably wouldn’t recommend but I’m going to follow the workout plans and see how it goes..
I like the layout of the meal plans but I think it could be improved by adding a “shopping list” section next to eat meal/day maybe.

The book is super personalized and easy to follow. The workout are also really easy to follow and commit to. I’ve really enjoyed the book and trying new foods.

I am so happy to finally find something that’s not one size fits all because as we all know that never true, this book is tailored to you with the bs, they don’t coddle you with lies and head rubs but they also aren’t beating you down with guilt. The meal plans are achievable and really go by the type of food you actually eat. Diet restrictions are carefully considered. I would absolutely recommend this book to anyone.

So far, my book is perfect. It’s so easy for me to use and I feel like I’ll be able to actually get through this time. Thank you for tailoring almost everything to me and my body!!

Love how personalized to me it is and how easy it is to go through and follow. Recipes are super customizable as well which makes it less boring!

I quickly received my personalized book in a timely manner. When I had a question I received a rapid response back.

I ordered my book at the beginning of august, I never received any sort of confirmation or tracking number for my package. I had to email them to even receive the online version. I have now emailed them twice to find out if the hard copy has been sent and they just say they don’t have any information on it and that it has already been delivered when I haven’t received it. My advice is don’t pay the extra for the hard copy. You will get ripped off and won’t receive it.
